WHERE WE COME FROM

Before Montkava was a brand, it was our family’s way of life.

In the green mountains of Apía, Risaralda, Colombia, coffee has always been part of our family. The land has taught each generation patience, love, and respect for the heritage our ancestors passed down to us. Behind every tree and every harvest are years of hard work, dedication, and love from our family.

Montkava carries that history forward. Every bag connects the work that began on our Colombian farm with the people who now make our coffee part of their morning.

FOUR GENERATIONS

Grown with patience. Carried with pride.

For four generations, our family’s story in Apía has been connected to coffee and the land. Our great-grandparents bought the land to raise their children, beginning a legacy passed from one generation to the next.

Our family Jeep has been part of that journey, connected to coffee and life on the farm. It represents the generations who worked together, supported one another, and helped build the family businesses we have today.
